Like Joey pushes..make sure you meet your calories (deficit) 1st..then make sure you meet your protein after that..your carbs and fats will fall into place by the meals you eat! I started 12/26 last year..and I’m down 75lbs ..going for about another 75 by Christmas. Good luck!
I haven’t had the premiere protein pancakes but I’ve had the frozen Kodiak and I enjoy them. I don’t like overly sweet things so it’s a good option esp because I give them to my 4 year old. I like Kodiak frozen waffles too!
Hey buddy, I have some questions for you. 1. Is there any reason why you don't choose chobani sugar free yogurt? 2. Regarding milk, do you think that Fairlife fat free is the best option? or what other brands should you recommend 3. For ice cream, Halo top macros are good, any reason why you prefer other brands? Thanks in advance!
Try Three Wishes cereal if you can find it. Any flavor is great, even the plain. Especially with protein milk.. Lean Body for higher calories or Premier protein for lower calories.
Love these food haul vids, Joey! Another low cal option for ice cream is the So Delicious vanilla bean sandwiches. If you dont mind a coconuty vanilla then these are 50cal a sandwich! They're small but they do fulfill that sweet craving and something cool on a hot day!
Excited to see protein cereal with protein shake as the milk back! That is an old school Joey recipe! Iykyk! Still love the Premier Protein cereal I found out about from you and just tried their pancakes today- insanely good!
going shopping tomorrow and will pick up the nature's own keto. Idk , but I feel like the fat-free cheeses get melted and dry out faster when I use them for cassroles and anything I cook in the oven. Im assuming it's because it has less grease than full calorie cheese that keeps it more moist.
Some nice picks, but I have to be honest, not a great value for some of that stuff. In that, you're paying for convenience where you could get much cheaper alternatives by not getting instant versions. But I get it, and I still get a lot of ideas from these videos, so thank you!
