I was at 1770 while you were there as well. I'm lucky enough to spend 6 weeks every year for the last 30 or so years camping right on the river and the 1770 Camping Grounds. It certainly is a magic place.

Filming with the Apple 14 was great. Loved the different format with the whole family included and watching the kids enjoy the adventure with Sarah and yourself (even if there is the odd argument amongst the kids) 😁

Another Awesome trip loved it great to see the kids having a great time I always come home with Bark off after Crabbing and Yes Sarah Crocs have been seen up there not very often usually after a heap of Northerly Winds even as far South as Maryborough after a week of wind anyway great work and Happy New Year to you all

Sometimes on a brisket, the mustard creates a barrier between the smoke and rub or salt and pepper. Also when you wrap like that and rest sometimes the bark can go soft and fall off. This is because of the moisture inside the wrap. Can leave it in a little longer before you wrap to compensate for that. Made my mouth water though. I could smell it through the tv 😂😂

Yeah mate your spot in, but I rather the moistness of wrapping, then drying it out a bit for the crust. Maybe a blow torch onto it at the end after wrapping 🧐

you could get in trouble as your child is not 12yrs for driving the boat if he is let me know and also where are the life jackets. One of my sons was up there hit a sand bank turned over and nearly drowned one of the party drowned the next day in the channel.
