We took a tour of the Civic Plaza construction site! This is a 165 million dollar office and retail development project. Its purpose is to bring most of the city of Las Vegas' employees to one centralized location and add to the government district in downtown Las Vegas. While the building will house city employees, the large plaza in the center of the project will host celebrations and community events for all to enjoy. There are also two retail opportunities on the ground floor facing Main Street. Proposals for these spots must be submitted by January 29, 2024. The entire project is set to be completed in the spring of 2025.
