I just got a Great Pyrenees/German Shepherd mix. I already have him used to people touching his toes, ears, and mouth and being brushed. I'm just waiting on our dryer to get here to bathe him! I plan on grooming him myself and your videos have helped me in knowing what to/not to do ❤

@@Myhandlenamehasbeentaken I have! He's not a huge fan, but is a very good baby and lets me do whatever I want to him. Being that at 14 weeks he's already 27.6lbs, I see this as a win. He does cry, a LOT when I use the dryer, but that's all he does

I wonder why she can’t just get a separate spot to pile the hair for the thumbnail? It just keeps causing problems keeping it in tub. That said I think her undercoat removals are the most satisfying 😍

Love your channel. I was wondering when you wash large dogs instead of using the plastic grates and trying to lift them to unclog the bath if a large rubber mat would be better so the dogs would have better footing and you wouldn't have to lift the grates with a heavy dog standing on them.

Great job, but need to be careful you will develop carpet tunnel and possibly tennis elbow. Rest between grooming. Love to watch your skills.

Seeing this poor dog almost jump out of the tub so much, worries me for the physical well being of the animal and the groomer. His feet sliding everywhere, the neck pulling and that swollen spot on his head? I've watched this channel for a long time, I watch many other groomers as well. This was painful to watch, both the dog and the groomer must have been just done with the whole day!

Always makes me wonder why anyone would want such a large breed dog designed for cold climate in a hot climate region. Just the same as why have a purse dog in a cold climate where I live because theres potential for snow up to 6 month out of the year, none of them clear their sidewalks or take the dogs outside because it's to cold

If you purchase a puppy from a preservation breeder ,😢you don’t . get to take them home until between 10-12 wks……and then it takes a few weeks for them to adapt to you and your home….and then most vets recommend that you do not take them out until all their puppy shot are completed,so saying to start them to be groomed at8 wks isn’t realistic…..and as long as the owner brushes and combs and keeps the dog bathed…..you should have no problem waiting until they are around 6 months before being professionally groomed
