That’s what happens when you try niche perfumes 😅😅 There are just so many amazing, unique niche perfumes and because of that many of the designer perfumes don’t seem good enough anymore 😅
I feel like it's inevitable for most fragrance youtubers, in their quest to find the most unique perfumes that can't be found in the designer world they turn to niche perfumes and never look back.
@@sofenayasmin2910 It's because they start making "youtube bucks". That's why I unsubbed from most of these talking heads. Also, I have tried many, many, many "niche" frags, and I have yet to find a single one that impressed me, even a little. You know what is most unique and gets the most compliments, especially from men? Designer. I have never had a man chase me down and ask what I am wearing while wearing a so-called niche perfume, as I have with designer perfumes, especially older ones.
I’m contemplating decluttering my BonBon Couture too - I just never reach for it. But then I smell it and it smells so good, which makes it very hard to let go. I think this is often the issue - you hold on to things because you do really like the way they smell, though at the same time you have no desire to wear them. I also recently decluttered my Olympea and my Amo Ferragamo - again fragrances that smell really good, but I never want to wear them.
Great declutter! I think you are falling down the niche rabbit hole, which I can totally relate to 🤣 Once I started trying niche fragrances, most of my designers started ending up in declutters. I need to do another declutter as well....too many things on the wishlist

I'm glad you were able to say that Alien didn't work for you. It seems almost sacrilegious to say that since it is a favorite amongst many RU-vidrs, but I feel the same. It's nice, but just not for me!
Omg Im so happy to see someone else decluttered the only one intense. it's such a love here on youtube but it just doesn't do it for me either AND and I was blown away when u decluttered Nina Ricci rose absolute I couldn't stand that one either. I Love your videos cause we share almost the exact perfume taste and I know I can count on you lol
@@Summerdew123 I can’t do Dolce Gabbana Light Blue or the flankers because Green Apple just doesn’t smell good one me. Even DKNY Nectar Love didn’t work for me because it has that Be Delicious DNA. They don’t smell bad, just not really good like it smells on other people.
I am surprised that you let bonbon cotoure go. I love this perfume. You might should try it out again in winter. Because of it's sweetness I also wear it during wintertime
Totally agree with you with alien 👾 is nice but not for everybody!! I try too jaja I bought it twice and return it I just don’t like this perfume for me
Hi Gabby, I regret some of my declutters unfortunately. I especially regret getting rid of some cute French minis that I had. What was I thinking? I struggle with being minimalist, but also loving so many perfumes! Ughh! 🙄⚘🌿💕💄💄
I also purchased dolce and gabbana the only one intense because most of the reviews on RU-vid were saying it's a coconut perfume but I cannot smell any coconut 🥥 in it and because of that don't like it anymore
Hi Gabby , do you know the Barbe à papa perfume? It is a super gourmand cheap perfume and I am sure you will love it, best for low temperatures in my opinion ,it also have a good persistance🥰
Ι share your thoughts for some of these, lveb Soleil Cristal: I got a synthetic lime sweetness in the opening I could not stand (swapped), Dolce Gabbana the one intense: somehow generic to my nose for some reason, I don’t get a specific character (swapped) Angel muse: I love it but sometimes too much patchouli (I still have this one)! I also got flowerbomb recently but that one I love! Thank you dear Gabby 😘😘😘
I want to love Alien as well and I get that people love it, but I cant on my skin. I agree that the original Mon Paris is better, but it doesn't last on my skin! i also don't like manifesto! it's so funny how our tastes change so much. I am not keeping anything I don't LOVE
Hi Gabbiy! When you said it was a massive declutter, you weren't kidding! 😊I understand what you mean about Mugler Alien. The jasmine in it it too indolic and the dirty patchouli is makes it worse.

Just fyi, perfumes don't go bad if you store them properly in a dark cool area. They shouldn't be exposed to sunlight or heat. And the longer you keep them, the stronger the fragrance gets over time, so if something fades quickly, it is possible that the older it is, the stronger it will be and last longer. Fragrance is kind of like wine in that sense. I am quite shocked you got rid of Bon bon and Angel muse and Alien. I think it's ok to get rid of Ysl mon paris intense when you have the original. Tbh I returned my Ysl mon paris because I thought my Lancome tresor midnight rose smelled similar to it, was cheaper and lasted longer. Same reason for the D&G the only one intense because I think you have the original. I've been lately being convinced that intense versions are better, but you debunk that theory, so that helps me a lot. Thanks! I love the declutter cuz it's nice to know what you have that is similar or better as we all just want to keep the best if we can afford it. I sadly decluttered my LVEB. Everyone says it's good, but not once was I ever complimented on it when I wore it everyday

I hate Alien. I gave it a fair shake too. Angel and the flankers don't do it for me anymore either. Aura is too minty. I'm too scared to try Womanity. There's nothing from mugler that I love
I have no idea what you’re doing to your hair, but it’s so silky and smooth, I absolutely love it! I completely get it with these perfumes, many of them are a like or even love at first, but then they just don’t get used up 🤷🏻♀️
