Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar got furious in Rajya Sabha after opposition MP’s, particularly Jairam Ramesh and Randeep Surjewala interrupted the speech of Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan’s speech. The Congress MPs wanted the Union Agriculture Minister to speak on MSP guarantee which is mentioned in the Swaminathan Commission report.
