BBQ'd Dorado fillet is one of the best meals I've ever had. Caught it while fishing off the coast of Phuket, Thailand. Btw, just a suggestion, but very surprised to see you pour oil onto a grill pan given the oil will just sit between the slats and the fish will be on top, i.e. the two never meet. Instead, try rubbing a little oil onto the fish, (same with steak, oil the meat and not the pan), and then you also shouldn't have to worry about the fish sticking to the grill pan either. This video made me very hungry.

I used to go out on a Rockfishing boat up in Dana Point Cali. I wish Rob would come 🥺. Unfortunately, during this pandemic, I can’t fish. We were going to make a salt and freshwater pond. Now we don’t have the recourses. I know everybody has some struggles, but the pandemic really broke me. Rob’s video’s 1) make me cry for the ocean, and 2) keep me entertained.
