@@fardball28 that depends when you add the poprocks. If you add it in after the milk is solidified to ice cream consistency it will remain hard. Some of the smaller bits may bleed and dissolve but the larger pieces of poprock will remain. And then you can also top it with fresh poprocks so that the ice cream will have the flavor of the pop rock, then s few popping pieces still suspended and fresh ones to intensify the popping on top. Clearly I've thought this through TOO much xD
