Putting bloodline members for dlc doesn’t make sense when by the time the game drop they are new to us 😂 I honestly feel they should’ve been patched into weeks 2k24 and that goes for any wrestler that is in the roster for that year, why are we always a year behind on updated rosters, it makes no sense

Oba Femi & Kelani Jordan have been the North American Champions for this entire year, I see them being base game. Also I never understand 2k's argument that they can't put everyone in the next game because they wouldn't have anyone for next year, when WWE signs new people every year.

I would be incredibly pissed off if they paywalled the current NXT champion Ethan Page, current NXT NA champion Oba Femi, the Wyatt Sicks and the Bllodline for DLC. You shouldn't be giving them ideas like this Matt, they've all been in WWE for way too long. I just hope Meta-Four are in WWE 2k25 just for their dope entrance.

Why would 2K release DLCs and patches that kept making the game more and more up to date? If it's up to date by the end of the cycle then there's no reason for people to buy the next one... bad business decision.

But overall I think we need more Nxt and Legends that should be the main focus roster wise , wrestlers already on TV who weren't in 2k24 that should've been should just be in the base game already my opinion because it's taking away from dlc ppl.. that we could get rather then giving us someone who should just be added to base game.

I’m really not comfortable with giving WWE/2K permission to add roster members who are on our television since August to DLC packs. NXT got terrible representation in 2K24, most of the main roster that we had seen since July of 2023 were not in the base game or even in the DLC packs. This needs to change. They need to do better.

Mark Henry might have a Hall of Pain DLC, Jacqueline, Armando Estrada, Ken Shamrock, God Father, Victoria. These are some of the names that might appear in DLC content.

I've been watching WWE since 1984. I primarily bought this game because of the legends. I hope 2K25 delivers the same.

I'm fed up of playing an outdated game every year, the holding Superstars back to add as DLC method doesnt work anymore.. If WWE adds new Tag Titles i want them adding to the current game! Final Boss Rock, New RAW/SmackDown Arenas, Naomi, Andrade etc too.. WWE changes that much the next game will be outdated again anyway! So there will be lots of reasons to buy the new game the following year, and obviously there would be a cut off point to when they stop updating the current game, after 6 months for example.. But the one i want most is once a month just update Superstars themes!! There are so many outdated its embarrassing.. (obviously a paid Live Service is the way to go) But something needs to change in 2K25 as ive hardly played 2K24 for these reasons, and im not excited about next year at all and see no reason to pre-order if its going to be the same outdated buggy mess.. P.S. Hardys are my dream DLC so i can finally have Team Xtreme in a WWE 2K game 😍

Honestly I think the showcase will be based around the Bloodline (why on earth else would Armando Estrada have a legends contract). next years dlc will be more of the same including some weird inclusion that the players don't want but makes the douchebags in marketing excited ( like this years pat pack ).

Eh, since development is set on the next entry, all of the content offered doesn't convince me to pick it up when the current year game won't function properly. It's a good thing I rounded up CC downloads with 2k23, and it's a satisfying roundabout means of getting to enjoy something out of these broken annual products. Time to move on from 2K, imo.

WWE needs some serious competition in the games department because there is a serious lack of post game content in 2k24. Wrestlers just don’t cut it we need actual online events and unlockables like arenas, hell ill take a themed battlepass over the awful MyFaction mode. At least COD does holiday events and themed maps why can’t WWE get in on the action.

Their current plot of arenas are terrible and usually recycled from the previous game. No Raw 1999 but we have NXT Heatwave and Summerslam 89 thank god 🥱🙄

I think the biggest problem with showcase is the focus is one one particular superstar or event like Wrestlemania. It would be cool if we got a Summerslam Showcase or even a WCW Showcase given 2025 is the 30th anniversary of the first Nitro, would be cool to have that first Nitro arena from inside the mall. Ultimately I think they need to pick a subject that allows that a variety of superstars like a Bloodline pack, or even a Mick Foley Showcase could give you classic arenas, attires and superstars from WCW, ECW, WWE and even TNA if they wanted.

I tried to play universe for the first time in a long time and realized just how far down hill it’s gone since 19. The loading times are horrendous, the ui / menus are clunky and crowded (especially when assigning people to shows), not having any kind of promo function even a bare bones one is weird, constantly having to save, and just a huge lack of polish. It’s embarrassing how much loading is required for a PS5 game. It’s worse than PS2. It all feels very intentional to push people into my faction since it actually functions even if it’s hot garbage and soulless micro transaction hell. That’s it. That’s my rant. I’ll watch the video now. 😂

Idk. I'm usually with you but this ain't it! All of these wrestlers should be base game. They literally changed the new release date from November to April and still use the same cut-off date for the roster and then dangle superstars we look forward to over our head in DLC packs. DLC should be for legends or newer debuts that show up later in the year. The only ppl you named that MIGHT be acceptable outside of the legends is Giulia and Vaquer since we're going into October and haven't seen their WWE gimmicks/moves. I'm OVER these DLC models for a sports/wrestling game. They're totally capable of and have done more in the past then take stuff away just to reintroduce it as new later. It's a joke

Anoi Family Pack w/ everyone related to either The Rock or Roman Reigns. 4. Backstage Brawlers pack w/ Sgt. Slaughter, Gorilla Monsoon, Roadd Dogg, Brooklyn Brawler, etc. In addition to all that; a Past SvR pack with 20 superstars of past games.

People wouldn't be begging for years for more CAW slots if we got more wrestlers in the game. My opinions 1. Add 2 extra dlc packs or even 2 season passes to add more wrestlers/alt wrestlers Or Better option in my opinion is 1.Let us unlock all myRise originals 2.Give us a bigger roster (counting Myrise,Definitely more NXT , a few more Legends,maybe a few guest stars) 3.Give us all current PPV arenas,Weekly events,Live and Myrise Arenas 4.Add about 10 more match types (Donnybrook,Bigger mixed tag options,Strap match ,bigger royal Rumbles) For the Story make it a career (start in indies,go to nxt,then raw or sd ,eventually to the hall of fame DLC Needs to be new wrestlers (not like Valkyria or tanga loa ect) People that return to wwe like for the Rumble or wrestlemania new nxt stars or something

They really need to make some huge changes to make me want to buy 2K25. The new matches and few gameplay additions were not enough. They refuse to listen to fans’ real wants (Arenas, Weapon and Match Type Improvements (Ladders, Tables, HiaC, EC, etc.), Customization Options, Universe Mode Improvements, etc.) in favor of money grabs and cheap updates.

I think there is a blind spot when it comes to base game and dlc....I believe judging by dlc inclusions that the stop gap for in game is around Summerslam and any new additions that might go into dlc...starts after summerslam (Nia officially returned in September of last year) and goes sometime near survivor series (Punk) The other blind spot is NXT....I believe they are nearly 1 year behind when it comes to the roster. Damon Kemp explained that he and others were scanned for the game back in 2022 and made 2k24. Looking at who missed out of 2k24 from NXT....their rise/push was started in 2023 which makes them more than likely to be in 2k25. Meaning that anyone who sees a start push this year, unless picked for dlc...wont see the game till 2k26. Meaning guys like Ethan Page, Je'von Evans and Kelani Jordan might not make the in game roster, BUT could go as dlc. (Although Ethan could be an outlier considering the already set fandom from the other company...they might squeeze it in) Bloodline, Wyatt sicks, will 99% be in game roster. TNA will likely depend on a deal that can be agreed upon by 2k and tna that wwe agrees to. I actually prefer they do an invasion angle in My Career where your guy has to put Team WWE together against team TNA with a TNA arena and wrestlers being unlockable after completing the story.

With the way 2k24 has been a complete mess since launch, there's pretty much nothing that could get me excited for 2k25. They'd have to drop last gen completely remove MyFaction, fully revamp Universe, make all the MyRise CAWS available outside of MyRise for play in any mode, Fix online, Raise the CAW and image limits, etc. Etc. We all know that will never happen

I was really hoping that penta and Ray would debut in enough time that there might be a chance that they would make it as a DLC Pack but now even that is in question since Tony wants to play his bitch card and hold Ray hostage for a year.but if penta were to show up ahead at the rumble as a solo act would there even be enough time to get him into the 4 or 5 pack? Also the Motor City Machine guns better Be in pack 1 or 2 if they are debuting tomorrow night on the CW NXT Premier than there should be no excuse . people like Ethan, spears, Lexus, AoP W/Paul Ellering, the no quarter catch crew, The Meta-Four, the current Bloodline all need to be base roster. Also if someone like ricky or daniel garcia Leave AEW Before the rumble would they have a chance at getting in, i would hope so.

The gameplay is just so damn boring. I’ve tried to have fun but fundamentally it doesn’t feel like a wrestling match. Just move after move. No momentum or technical mechanics like a a real wrestling match. I fear this won’t change as the engine is pretty clear cut and dry what it’s trying to achieve. With that being said I hope I’m proved wrong with 2k25.

Bloodline shouldn't be DLC. Besides Tama and Tonga are wwe tag team champs. Just like Kelani Jordan should be in the base game for being the NXT North America women's champ.

There is no reason Naomi and Andrade should be DLC. They will both have been back for over a year by then. New bloodline shouldn’t be either, but they can make the bloodline its own pack so they’ll definitely do that
