Imagine, back in 1979, I helped my sis in law to relocate, from Virginia to Ventura, and had no idea there was a beach, anywhere. We drove to Santa Monica to see the beach, and San Diego to even get in the water. It seemed unreal, because the water was only up to my thighs, so I thought it was rhe bay, I grew up in Rio, living in Copacabana Beach, where I was used to something much different.
You wanna know what’s so funny is that he (Barney on the gurney) is a smug troll in real life. And the universe has a funny way of bringing Justice and flattening egos, let’s just leave it at that 😊
Ventura Pier takes a beating every time there's a storm. Sometimes the waves go pretty far up to the streets depending where in Ventura you're at. And the pier would be shut down for a few months while they repair it. Allowing for the fish to come back around the pier. Although I heard a big wave came in pretty far.
it could be the huge iceberg that was kind of stuck somewhere, and now astray and floats, I forgot where it was starting from and so on, but it is very very very huge and one could almost walk on it for a while, and now it is somewhere floating in the ocean... I must find where I was reading this. But it hasn't been so long ago now. It could already bring some leveling up to the ocean waters.
HAHAHA thank you for this comment. I have seen that guy be a total entitled jerk on smaller days for NO reason. I bet he felt entitled to those big waves too and didn’t show Mother Nature her proper respect hahaha this just tickles me. It’s like instead of having to get revenge on someone, God does it for you. She for sure browned her wetsuit out there lol
Not one bit normal. This was definitely due to engineered weather by scumbags with frequency/haarp tech or a straight up attack from the enemies of humanity the anunnaki
And people are purposely putting themselves in harms way.....not talking about the surfers, theyre a different breed, I'm referring to the people standing on the beaches and gawking 30 foot waves
A lot of these surfers are not lifelong surfers but lower skilled surfers testing themselves only to find out they lost. I see it all the time. I have lived on the coast for 50 years and have surfed since I was 6. I know better than to play in that mess. it's not even really good for surfing it is a Macho thing to some of these people. So, it is the Surfers as well. A lot of new people have moved to the coast that think they can surf because they got a soft top at Costco. And the fact the bacteria levels are to high and you risk getting sick. I got super sick in the 90's sufring rincon point after a storm Serious lung infection. Not worth it.
Not a big mystery. It's king tides (the moon's position) and seasonal storms. People these days are so insulated with their electronic devices they're unaware of common sense nature facts our grandparents knew from childhood.
@@haredr6511 no .... actually a lot of us aren't as ignorant to call any place in the USA "hated". Many people say BS like that about the south as well..... aren't we Americans?
@@Ric0806 Good point, it’s not the place that’s hated per se, but the vast majority of the current inhabitants. If they would just leave for the communist nation of their choice, they’d be happier and we could get back to being a free Republic, with morals, ethics, patriotism, values, and decorum.
Yeah.. it's not like god sends hurricanes at the swamp racists in the south or drops tornados on mayonnaise eating trailerfolk in the Midwest... Naaaahh. Your god only strikes down the people you personally disapprove of.
