My kids get out May 26th and I get done May 27th (I’m a school nurse). We have a cruise planned for June but we live in Mobile, AL so we will be at the beach and camping at the state park a lot this summer!

Hi! Thanks for a great video! I live in NC and my kids are done with school on June 9th. We actually are going on our first family vacation (just us 4...no other family) and we are all very excited about it. We have never gone somewhere just us 4 without other family ever! Outside of that vacation we have our neighborhood pool that we can go to and my in-laws have a salt water pool that we go to a lot too. My kids have summer birthdays as well. They are in July and August and we usually do some fun parties for them during then. :)

i love the bed wrap. It looks so nice! I have a footboard and sideboards, so it wouldn't work for me. But i hate dealing with the bed skirt so i put a fitted sheet over the box springs it stays in place so much better.

I personally like Fall the best. The smells, the leaves turning colors, and the crisp weather. Granted not here in southern Arizona but in other parts it is. And my older 2 kids get out at the end of May. We plan to go to San Diego, Ca to see my cousin, go to the beach for the first time, the USS Midway, and Seaworld for 4th if July weekend. Aside from going to visit a few places in Az and the pool.

My 7 yr old makes her bed, On weekends and school holidays or summer. She doesn't have beddys but we don't use a flat sheet so it's just a fitted sheet and a comforter so it's not difficult. I also don't make her make her bed during the school week cause I want her focus to be getting ready for school but some school mornings she will on her own. We live literally a block an half from her school so most mornings and afternoons we walk takes 5 mins to wall to school.

I put a piece of cardboard under the front two legs of my appliances to pull out to clean. This works great and doesn’t scratch the hardwood floors

My kids are done w school June 17. We plan on taking the kids to Hershey park, great adventure, our community pool and Lancaster! All our fav places !!

Also with Similar lifestyles of picking up kids doing sports and activities with them I try to stay super involved with my boys I have two boys. the time that they go to school simply doesn’t feel like it’s enough to do so much around the house

Thanks for the motivation! It's definitely needed this week 😅 my kids get out of school the 18th - so less than two weeks! We have plans to go on a long camping weekend (hopefully before it gets too hot outside!) and my oldest turns 10 in July so I have to try and prepare myself for that 😂😭 my husband just got a transfer back to where we live (so his commute is about ten minutes vs the hour it used to be) and we're hoping to maybe have the time to take a trip just the two of us - something we've never been able to do in the 8 years we've been together. I'm crossing my fingers! I hope the rest of your week is awesome ❤️

I'm a teacher in MN and we don't get out of school until June 9th! I'm spending this summer enjoying time off with my little boy. He was born last July so last summer was spent pregnant then postpartum.
