LOVE the idea of using the DB25 cable and breakout boards! Keeps the wiring clean. In the early stages of finding out what all I need for my electronics/wiring/switches/etc. Will definitely borrow your DB25 idea!
That is coming along nice. The new control box is sick! Love seeing the other tools in the shop being used to make new tools. I will have to come by soon!
I have the G3 Touch running a home built router and so far so good. A snow bird so really only have 6 month's a year to work with it. I see you are using relays, I have it running without any??
@@CraigHollabaugh What will you be controlling with relays? I see a gcode controlled dust vac would be nice on my router via contactor, will see how it goes after more time using the machine.
@@TheMegaturk the G3 outputs only sources 5mA at 5V. The relays switch on spindle (120VAC for Makita router), Red, Yellow, Green indicators at 24VDC and the 5VDC going to my laser crosshair. Dust vacuum will be another when I get to it.
