To Make Red Masala:-
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 Tsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder 2 Tsp
Garam Masala 1/2 Tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 Tsp
Coriander Powder 2 Tsp
Salt As Needed
Lemon Juice 1/2 No
Kasuri Methi 2 Pinch
Mustard Oil 1 Tsp
Curd 50 Ml
Chicken (Boneless) 300 Gm
To Make White Masala :-
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tsp
Crushed Green Cardamom 4 No
White Pepper Powder 1 1/2 Tsp
Kasuri Methi 2 Pinch
Lemon Juice 1/2 No
Salt As Needed
Curd 50 Ml
Raisin (Chopped) 10 No
Cashew 10 no
Nutmeg 1 Pinch
Chicken (Boneless) 300 Gm
To Make Green Masala :-
Mint Leaf 1/2 Bunch
Coriander 1/2 Bunch
Raw Mango 5 Slices
Black Salt As Needed
