+Dan L From my experience is that there no original Aikido techniques only the application of aiki. Therefore when one applies to aiki to any technique then that is Aikido.
+Dan L check out internal power training. It plays a very large part in Aikido and is a very big influence at my dojo. It may seem quakery nonsense but it is quite simple body mechanics.
+Dan L your right. I know of people who disappearing up their own backsides with it. However if you apply it in your technique on the matter it will increase your power many times over.
