Hey Kenji, I love your videos and how simply you explain it all! Can you also make a video on mail merge? I'm an HR learning to make the most of Excel through your videos!
Hello keinji, without going to power query, but using vstack itself we can combine all sheets but converting all sheets into separate tablesand naming each sheet table as Jan,Feb, & march, and in consolidated file using the formula =vstack(Jan,Feb,march), the combined data will come in consolidated sheet dynamically. It works for me
Hello Kenjij. You explain everything so well but it all gets a bit overwhelming for me sometimes. I have one particular problem to solve : i want cells that are all dates in a vertical row to change color when a specific date is reached to change colour. Is there a formula for that pls
I really love your videos. I learned I lot from it. I just would like to ask, is there a way in excel to hide rows that has a percentage that is higher a certain value? I already tried to Google or search it on RU-vid but I am having a hard time to find the answer I need. Thank you for your help.
Thank you! If you mean hiding certain rows if a condition is true (like a % that is higher than x value) I don't think that's possible. You can leave them blank, but not haven't heard of being able to hide rows entirely.
is it possible to have two cells one with a starting date and another with ending date and in a seperate column there would only dates from starting to ending show up ?
Hello Kenji, thank you very much for your content. It is always interesting and helpful. But I was wondering if it was possible to apply conditions to gradient bars such as the cell is proportionally filled with green from 0% to 100% and then when it is above 100% the databar reaches the end of the cell in gradient red whatever is the % (be it 109% or 350%) ?
Can you help me, i am wanting to highlight in different colors when the percentage drops below 45% or when above 55% and a different color when within these ranges
Hi, I am struggling to apply the conditional formatting based on other cell values. Kindly help. The case is, in one column I have qtrs. like Q-1, Q-2, Q-3 Q-4 and in other column there are branch codes and these branch codes are repetitive based on some activities. I want to highlight only those cells of branch codes column which are repetitive in that qtr. only. Suppose if I filter out Q-1, it will show only those cells which appear more than once in Q-1 only and likewise in other qtrs.
Hi, Kenji. I wonder if this is a prolem. I have guest book spreadsheet which I report to my boss to now my problem is c4 is number of day and h5 is number of guest, I5 is number of people in conference room, n5 is how much I charge per person and O5 Grand total my formula is =IF(H5
