The funny thing about nevguy's first meme is someone in that thread unironically argued against multiple people saying that konami DOES rig the matchmaking against him. Specifically saying they want people to pay for more going second decks. And the example he used is freaking chain burn that he plays while annoyed, and because it costs a lot of URs, it means konami specifically forced him to spend URs on it. Funniest conspiracy ever.
I play Chain Burn from time to time... and I want to know his build because Chain Burn can be built with No UR's and be functional on ladder. Max budget is like 12 UR's, and 6 of them are a playset of Maxx C and Ghost Mourner & Moonlit Chill, which are generic cards.
