Generaider has been a rogue option for years since it's release back at 2019 with the deck build pack Mystic Fighters. In turn, it's lore-related sister archetype Runick has released in Tactical Masters in 2022. There has always been a connection in the archetypes with Loptr and the respective Generaider bosses appearing in the artworks of both archetypes, but there never has been a competitively viable way to mix both archetypes... Until now!!!
With the release of the Masterduel Selection pack Blazing Arena comes the last crucial piece to connect both archtypes - Sleipnir the Runick Mane.
Summonable by any Runick quick-play spell, this noble steed is a level 9 - an additional free body to assist with Generaider combos! This allows for easier access to Laevatein, Generaider's "XYZ superpoly," or it allows for the "double handloop + F0 Utopic Draco Future" combo to be easier to accomplish. It is banishing interruption which helps clear boards. On top of that, it also generates tokens every turn, just like Generaider Boss Stage!
Sleipnir is a definitely a force multiplier when combining both Generaider and Runick together - allowing for the creation of a incredibly powerful grindy control strategy!
