I have a rough formula of %profit I need you to verify.calculated using roas. Example here will be breakeven roas of 1.5 and ads roas of 2 If breakeven roas=100% of your $ back. Profit margin X% will be equal to (current ads roas ×100/breakeven roas) in our example it will be 2×100/1.5 which is 133 so profit margin is 33% Is my formula correct?
Hey man, loved the video. Just have one question regarding the break even point and the break even ROAS. Now lets say I sell multiple products on my website and each one has a different sale price and a different COGS, how do I calculate the break even point and the ROAS in this case. Should I take the Sale Price & COGS of the most expensive one and use that or an average or is there some other way? Also if the campaign budget is $20 and my break even is only 10$ when should I stop running the campaign because in this case you can the budget is already more than the break even point, how can I determine when to kill the ad? Should I reduce the budget amount or should I just follow the other points you have mentioned?

Hey Ryan! What would be your suggested Ad budged to get the first few sales. Because i’ve been running $12 day and get a lot of impressions but not many clicks (3000+ impressions/ +- 12 clicks) which seems low. Please help.
