No pilot is perfect - and nor are we! Here are a few quick footnotes on things we want to clarify from the video:
-3:42 & 4:25 - “As airspeed * and/or propwash * increases over the control surfaces” (Prop wash does give ample air over the tail control surfaces on some planes alone ASIDE from actual forward airspeed. Think of full-scale STOL planes taxiing at a walking speed with their tails up).
-7:42 - “begin the takeoff roll by applying full throttle oxymoron style - smoothly but quickly. * OR - on some planes, you may opt to gently bring your throttle in and takeoff with reduced power settings. Do whatever works best for the plane you're flying. * "
