Sound designer and composer Ben Chilton delivers a detailed look at how modular synthesisers and hardware can open up a world of sonic potential.
As well as covering a multitude of sound design creation techniques, Ben also gives us a rig rundown of his setup with tips on how to build your own modular rack.
Alongside teaching, Ben works at Bristol-based independent electronic music store Elevator Sound, which specialises in eurorack modular, semi-modular and desktop synthesizers to drum machines, FX units and MIDI controllers.
