One of the most difficult skills of coaches is turning the topic or problem into a clear desired outcome for the session, and then monitoring if the outcome shifts or changes during the conversation. If this outcome isn’t defined, there is no solid framework for growth. Clients might enjoy the conversation, but they probably won’t change much in the future. The coaching agreement is the foundation for creating mental and life shifts. However, this is not an easy process as clients struggle to say what they really want. How can you bring this picture forward?
