Marlando “Moe” Cason is an American Self-taught pitmaster and reality star dedicated to the craft of BBQ. He founded an establishment called ‘Ponderosa Barbecue’ and used skills passed down from his grandmother, Margaret Cason.
Moe was the winner of ‘BBQ Pitmasters’ in season 2, episode 1 and since then has appeared in several televised competition series including ‘BBQ Pitmasters’, ‘BBQ Pit Wars’ and landed a seat as a judge on the show ‘Smoked’.
