I like the free look into the coaching sessions, thanks for that. I do have a question (not hating, so fanboys please don't ruin the question): why are you not participating in the teamfights by calling out, or even better being IGL to show them how to play? Now it often looks like you're just playing off their mistakes instead of showing them during the fight how to react (active coaching vs reactive coaching).
You only see so much during the videos here. This is also an older session. My editor actually wasn't supposed to make this session a video... so you got one of my worser sessions where I just wasn't on my A game as a coach
@@TheRealDistrict I appreciate how humble your response is here. I do think it would be very fascinating to watch a session where you're spectating a live game with your students queuing up and telling them where to rotate, giving them active reminders of cover, and maybe even a reminder to immediate push on an advantage. I'm also curious if there is some way to gauge where a player is at in terms of what precisely they need to work on. It seems like some skill sets are precursors to others, for example, maybe a strong player on your team such as yourself can be in charge of pushing advantages when you're playing with less experienced players, and their primary responsibility is to play their cover and support your push. More experienced players might be tasked with driving that push more actively. Just some ideas! I love your content and look forward to your content weekly, keep it up!
Ngl this guys is a good apex legends coach but I am to but,he said u can only fight if u have cover and something else Like that, that is right but the most important thing is in a fight is the health u have to have health to fight a Enemy
You can see it how in others videos. He is talking about edging. On the laterals of the screen the things increase in size. Even you can run in 45 degrees at the same speed adjusting it to see bigger where you are going 😉
If you're not holding a weapon, you only need to sprint for one step to get a slide, if you're holding a weapon, then you need to sprint for three steps
I feel like my issue rn is I only die to pred players now. Literally. And when I do damage and push, they don’t always heal…. They bait the open to kill you and ignore rules. In my experience this works 99 percent of the time to play off damage unless it’s a pred… they’ll repeek, or their teammate will be swinging another angle to kill me moving off damage. Does that make sense?
hey District watching all of your videos has helped me get better aim, movement ect,i have learned a lot thinks to your real tips.your like the only youtuber i trust to give me a guide or tips. keep up the good work.
18:24 this segment of the video is you just roasting your client and telling them how stupid they are, idk what your problem is maybe you werent born to be a coach but you are living proof that coaching in video games aint worth it
Clearly you’ve never seen a coach work. They call out everything you do wrong. He’s literally the nicest coach out there and many people will say that.
That's what they were doing, running around like a headless chicken instead of taking an advantage a coach's job is to tell you what you're doing wrong, if you take offense, that's on you
