Today, I’m helping you face your fears of the Monster Roll!
Monsters are probably the hardest roll to learn…
I wish I could tell you that you will be the monster master by the end of this video, but remember that mastery in rolls comes from tons of drilling, so keep practicing! I spent hours upon hours (over the span of several years) drilling, navigating, & understanding how to apply the mechanics of this roll before I felt confident with it! That said, don’t get too frustrated with it!

Omg I just started spinning fire baton and thought that there wasn't much more to do(tricks) till I clicked on one of your videos last week. Now seeing this monster roll, I'm soo beyond hooked! Imma started honing my skills in through your tutorials. Soo much information and I already learned a 4 finger roll one way, still working on the reverse but it's soo much fun. Thank you for opening my eyes and mind to a whole new flow!

@@AdiTwirls I practiced Twirling baton for 10 years when I was young, and my daughter (10 years) is a twirler for 3 years now. I returned to my old passion every week with other mums, and thanks of your video I'm now able to do baby monster roll :-) there is not enough video from french twirl-girl ^^ keep going to make videos ! my daughter and myself love your vidéos, you are very talented and your choregraphy are wonderfull !

@@AdiTwirls I am almost a full fledged senior citizen today, I twirled in the 60's and 70's and it is amazing how far the sport has come in these decades- we were only beginning to dream of some of the tricks and moves you all perform as a standard part of your routines today- it now requires serious skills in gymnastics, dance, and a level of athleticism unheard of back then. So happy to see how far the sport has come- and so happy to it is still going strong today. I've still got one of my batons from back then- it brings back great memories every time I come across it. Keep up the great work and keep pushing the limits of what one can do with a simple metal stick!
