Damn this was so much info its insane, i learned so much in less than 4 minutes haha. i was getting really confused with all the info going around but this just made everything digestible. One thing i wanted to personally mention is that i often look at the burst bar after red/purple RC. if they use burst you can see the empty burst bar before it actually activates because of RC. I often use this on ky after stun dipper rc. normally i use charged dust for damage after it but if they have burst i wait to see if the burst bar is empty then go the close slash route. you can see it at 3:39
Cool vid! Something I do a lot w/ Zato is 5K/2K into 5D, then before the 5D comes out 66PRC into command grab. I did the math and it’s only reactable by a few frames, and going for a low instead isnt reactable at all (which is more applicable for other characters that don’t have a command grab)
Thanks for the information. How much coffee did you drink before making this video? You should do the legal and side effects for the end of medication commercials.
0:23 This works very inconsistently for me, sometimes it seems like I do it too early and I just fall and other times it works but I don't hit, any tips?
@@aDTimeGaming I manage to do the FD but when I want to change sides the Slash doesn't hit, it seems like Chipp goes a little further than he should. I think I still don't understand the moment to perform the FD, I do what you say in the video, perform the FD a little after the air dash, and although sometimes I manage to change sides the Slash just doesn't hit.
@@Alucard27853 You may want to try neutral jumping before the airdash, and/or delaying the j.S a little more. Neutral jumping should make it so you don't go to far, and delaying the j.S should make it so that you don't finish the move before it would hit them. If neither of those help then tell me and I'll look into it a bit more, but those seem to be the most likely fixes
@@aDTimeGaming I uploaded a video to this account that better demonstrates what I mean, if I try the FD before I fall on the same side, if I do it a little later I fall but not close enough to hit him with the Slash.
@@Alucard27853 It looks like you're doing it correctly, but you're just holding down the buttons for FD for too long. You want to tap and release it pretty much as fast as you can just so that it makes you fall faster. So if you do that, you should recover faster from FD and be able to j.S before hitting the ground
