This is a fun tutorial! Since you asked for questions, here’s my stumbling point . . . Not on hems. HOW do you make the area where the collar/stand/front of a button up shirt look really good? There’s always so much bulk where those areas come together, and I can’t make it look professional. I’d love to see you walk through that area of a button up shirt, please.
Love it! I did some of my jeans, 1 needed the cut en sew new hem. 4 needed ripping the sides and placing "new" fabric behind the frailed holes. Now these where all 100 euro jeans at least. Singer 4423 heavy duty (250euro new) and singer serger 14sh754 (100euro sec.hand good as new) cost less then buying 5 new pair of jeans. This summer I bought an additional Husqvarna 870q, brother 3550 and chinese hemmer for fun. I love my machines! Keep them coming, nice vid and thank You:)
Great video Shae! My question is when you are measuring from the crotch on jeans where do you measure for each leg when the crotch seam is double-stitched - the middle between the two stitching lines?
