Mastering the Forehand Throw & Go ft Jack Williams 

I love seeing Rowan McDonnell instruct Jack Williams, who is well known to be one of the best throwers if not the best in the AUDL

I use this technique all the time but now I feel better about it knowing that Rowan approves!

I use the full flick n' go motion for middle to long range shots, gets me a lot of separation as people don't expect a thrower to start sprinting after throwing longer distance forehand - I consider it pretty useful I remember a situation from this year's u24 worlds final when the same throw was used by the Belgian side, if I find the exact timestamp I'll drop it here
