In this video I finally get around to mastering two songs that I have had ready to go for way too long! I don't normally jump on trends and updates, but when I saw Logic's new mastering assistant, I really wanted to get my hands on in!
All in all, I think it's a really powerful tool that is very easy to use! Mixing is daunting enough without the idea of having to master your "finished track" after. I don't know if this will ever replace a tried and true master chain, but for the novice getting into engineering, I think it's a real game changer!
