The moral of the story is to size your images before you upload them. There is no magic pill for this. I have looked on the internet for a quick fix and there isn't one. Just a shit load of poorly worded videos in broken English. The one thing have noticed is the videos are all the same. Reading the screen and constantly repeating themselves. Some get close but some are so far off base it is not even close....But this video kinda gets it right...
