Is it possible for a tamilnadu student to get language proficiency test exemption. My medium of instruction was English and the updated tampere University guidelines says that students from india with medium of instruction in english are exemption of submitting language proficiency test. Is it true? Please clarify me on that

what is your UG? How much you can afford(fee + living costs + travel costs)? What's your long term plan after graduation?
