I think mattel did that so you can pull the string all the way in and still being able to spin it to put it in the correct position when you finish pulling it back inside. So you don't have to be worried in having the string a little loose if for some reason it would come to be the only way to put the piece straight to the front I had a toy that had this kind of problem, i always had to put the lever (arm) in a strange position that wouldn't look good, if I wanted the string pulled all the way.
I can't wait for you to get back to the MOTU reviews, at least I hope your doing the super7 line. Your the best toy reviewer of all-time and It's awesome that you do Masters of the Universe.
yeah!! Attack track... was an excellent example about how things should be... also wind rider should be able to carry at least 2 figures... i only saw it once at school it was awsome
I'm an old fart now and I had the original Wind Raider. I remember it came with a 7" record that had us kids staring at the record player with awe while Mom laughed a lot. Wish I could find this recording somewhere on RU-vid. 🙏
A Barbie toy would be pink. The green actually makes sense in-universe: planet Eternia has always been depicted as rich of forests, so it would be difficult for an enemy warrior flying above the Wind Raider to find it. Of course, the yellow parts do NOT make sense in-universe, but that can be attributed to rule of cool: contrasting colors make it appear more detailed.
when is the battle ram coming out? I thought they had pics a couple of years ago of a new battle ram that was coming out? did they give you a shipping price on the wind raider?
Hey pixel dan do u think u can do a review video of... do the motu classics figures fit into the 200X motu vehicles? like the classics skeletor fitting in the 200X battleram chariot! he-man in the bashing beetle, dragon walker, & every thing else. that would make an interesting review!
i'll tell ya, if they ever, ever do a reissuing of the the "Attack-Track" i hope they make it more cartoon/comic related in looks, the vintage made it basically into a 4wheeled cycle that was bright red, as a kid that annoyed me, but was still a nice toy, just ya know what i mean, if they make it i hope they make it kinda like the show version was. doesn't have to be a mini-van on treds like the 80's show had it, but would be nice if the design was shared more, ya know?
