All you need to do is look at Brann's tattoos to know that the dude has a really good idea for psychedelic looking like... acid art. I guess. That he would put so much stock into the visual aspect of their albums doesn't surprise me at all.

I love all of their album artwork..it's the only T-shirts that I have from Mastodon. The Red Hunter T-shirt was kind of hard to find if you didn't get it when the album first came out..Blood Mountain was the hardest for me to find. I'm really hoping they come out with a print for the new album on a shirt.

It wasn't disappointing to me. And I've been following Mastodon for a long ass time, I remember Leviathan and Crack the Skye when they were still pretty much new. That's the problem though a lot of people that like Mastodon really take the whole "their new stuff isn't as good as their old stuff" thing too far. Even Metallica's fans aren't as dickish about that.

KingWTFuck OMRTS is so far ahead of what The Hunter was that it isn't even fair. The Hunter is by far their weakest, most uninspired and forgetful album of theirs to date. This is not an opinion. It is their only album that I rarely, if ever, return to. Been with this been since before Leviathan.
