Good question. First, that somebody ask the question "what's the goal of this"... Second, to share with all human beeing what a man can grab from all the world and makes something with it. Thirdly, maybe those kind of exercice can serve to save your life, without hurting too much, and though without going on jail. 4th, a contribution to art and science in martial art could also worth it... What do you thinck the goal of this is?
