I haven’t gotten my nose on any of them, but I’ll be adding them to the list to sample! It’s awesome that you bring light to so many lesser spoken about fragrances! Your videos have inspired me to explore more… “less masculine” (lol) fragrances, and have certainly broadened my pallet! I’m learning that I really enjoy florals when done well! And to my surprise, my girlfriend actually really enjoys many of the more unisex fragrances on me! She’s not exactly a frag head (yet), but she does enjoy fragrances! And she loves learning about different notes and experiencing new fragrances with me. I may have to introduce her to the NFC channel sometime haha.

Hi Marcello!! I have Beagle for around two weeks now. With full honesty this might be the only frangrance I might not recommend to people. Since it feels like a downgrade. This is one I have been looking for a good time now. A replacement for John Varvatos Dark Rebel. I have them both and need to say that smell pretty similar. They both have the effect of “estoy en casa”, which is lovely. The only downside to this one is the longevity and silage. It might barely last 6 hours on my skin. And it’s not that easy to pick up in the air when someone walks. If this pirate like/ James Bond on his dirty work fragrance would last longer it would be a 10/10 for me.
Tried Neroli Oranger in a perfume store close to me a week ago and was blown away. I’ll be trying it again this month and might pull the trigger on a full bottle. Personally, I would prefer the Live to be at the same time as has been previously, 6am is rough for me haha

Question for anyone - aside from experiencing great perfume, can anyone recommend any type of smell training to recognise components / notes in perfumes easier? Will I enjoy a beautiful composition more if I can appreciate and identify /label the smells inside it more? I have heard about buying essential oils and recognising smells that way - any advice or things you have done comparing perfumes would be appreciated.

@@TheNicheFragranceCollector That’s EXACTLY what I thought when I smelled it. Living in a hot and humid climate, I’m always looking for a nice fragrance that’s not a bright “freshie”. You put me onto Torino 21 (which I can’t get enough of) but sometimes I want something more subtle and less sharp. I smelled Parisian Musc while shopping for a Mother’s Day fragrance for my mom, and can’t get that smell out of my head. Vanilla powder is quite alluring, too.

Good Question Vivian....It started off "All Boys" As of this very moment the mix is Boys: 82% Girls: 18% Slowly the girls are joining the conversation and working to find that perfect balance for everyone. Yes, this list may seem focused on the gents but as you know, fragrance is unisex so easily girls can do these too😇 Love your suggestions! Beagle…. My Fueguia… although I must say I don’t get the zesty part you mention, I need to sniff it more carefully. For l’Arc, I remember smelling them in Esxence, but it’s funny how memory works, I only remember how obnoxious was the woman at the desk. Yes, I do remember that Beagle is your one Mon Prof😎 Everytime I sprayed the sample that I had, I would think to myself..."Luke loves this one"⚡️ Funny I get a very punchy citrus, sour grapefruit note.....maybe it's the mineralic notes?? I've always been into perfume and years ago I had a massive collection of Designer fragrance's but gave them all away after deciding to double down on all things Niche. So since 2017, I have no idea what's in the 'designer world' (other than the classics) If I read between the lines to your question; you're after that niche evolution, unique scent and artistic but not at US$300 price point.....correct? If 'yes' is the answer, then let me recommend some really awesome 'new recruit' niche brands that are awesome and do an amazing job but at a reasonable price point. Secondly African Leather would be an incredible place to start♥ HOWEVER I don't recommend that you blind buy. It has a number of spice notes in the opening (in particular cardamon) and this might be a sticking point. Strong recommendation that you test on skin first and see how you go with this fragrance.
