Yay the Dynamic Duo is back! So glad that you’re covering Eight & Bob! I have madddd love for Annicke 5 and it’s one of my favorite scents ever 🎉 I miss you guys!
I can imagine the cloud of perfume this must have been delivered in after the activities prior to filming ☣️ 😂 I quite like Egypt, and occasionally wear it for something warm, pleasant, and straightforward. It's a good one for people a bit apprehensive about patchouli, as there's a fair amount but it's not challenging and balanced out by the other elements. 'Original' crossed my calone threshold unfortunately, so not one for me. Looking forward to the live and to giving this mate stuff a try!
Yes! Great to see you both in the mix again, thank you for another good line up. I was just recently introduced to Mango Aoud by Katherine which is a winner for me. 🎉
As a lover of Pana Dora and iris, it brings me so much joy to have Kevin cover Velvet Iris. My love for Pana Dora is everlasting. The minute I laid my nose on Imperial Wood and Grand Musk I got a rush of serotonin to my brain. No kidding! :)
Great job Marcelo and Kevin. I’ve finally pulled the trigger on a full bottle of Gritti Mango Aoud. It’s been on my list since Kevin first talked about it months ago. 👍👍👍
Great to watch you together; always a treat. Pana Dora Velvet Iris sounds a treat and I have found a place to try Eight n Bob ensuring I take your introductions with me to try . Thank you both 🙋🏻♀️🇦🇺❤️
So love this! You guys are so good together! I saw Kevin today and when he told me that you filmed it together on Monday I could not wait for this one to come out. Also funny how you’re trying to find a spot on your arms to spray, a niche fragnance junkie so to speak 😂😂😂. Found Bloom a very different Zaharoff, I am going to skip that one and waiting for Seraphim to arrive. Much love to the both of you! 🙏🏽
I bought the classic Eight & Bob a couple years ago and it always felt so so on my skin. I sold it to a friend of mine and it smells AMAZING on him. So funny how that works. I have considered buying a new bottle many times 🤓
The boys are backkk!!! I've been waiting for you guys to make a video together again! Great video and I own Egypt and it's so beautiful. Kevin described it so well and I can't wait for the colder weather to wear it again!
Yep, big love for Egypt. This is one of my earlier fragrance's in the collection and it's super nostalgic for me every time I smell this in the air🥰 It was good to film alongside Kevin; 1st episode is coming out this Sunday! All things Sospiro🎉😎 Great to hear from you Waleed💫
Boom Baby!💫 Awesome to reconnect @kingerfd3341 And yes, it's been a fun journey so far! As you can see the connect with Kevin has really expanded and it's been fun learning and sharing with everyone across the world🧡 Thanks for the words of encouragement, very much appreciated👊🏽
Awesome to hear from you Maria and greatly appreciate your support...thank you. I personally love the bell sound. I tell my editors that the 'other person' in the room with me (or in this case, Kevin) is the "The Editor" and the bell (along with the other sounds) gives them a 'voice' for the audience to draw their attention to the graphic or other overlays that we use. When I was first testing the sounds etc, I originally had it without the bell and it looked empty, also a little out of place to see the visual come up on screen (especially because it doesn't take over the screen) without some kind of motivation. I also realise that we all have our own general 'aesthetics' (eg not everyone loves black truffles😬) so with that in mind, I welcome anyone else reading this to jump in on the conversation🎉 Curious to hear other views on this💫 Thanks again Maria for sharing and jumping into the conversation👊🏽
Hey Marcelo, at 17, I'm feeling a bit unsure about my future career path. Fragrances have always intrigued me, and I've been thinking about starting my own fragrance brand. I know the fragrance industry is competitive, but I'm passionate about creating something special. I’ve always liked linking music with fragrances and thinking about how well they go together. Do you think it could be possible?
Awesome to connect💫 Ok, first things first. This is something that you need to explore for yourself and write up a "Pros and Con" statement to see if this is going to work for you. Careful on the advice you take from those around you because they will always share based on their paradigm and life experience....so you need to do your own 'due diligence' on this. Secondly, I was once told by a very smart woman that "unless you can prove that there's life on Mars, everything else has been done before" So in your case, there already are 2 brands that come to mind with this similar idea. Lastly, if this is your dream, and after you've done your 'due diligence' and you want to move forward, well then, bring your passion, love, creativity, energy and go for it⚡️ BUT, this has to be your decision to do. Check out this book: www.penguinrandomhouse.com/books/717356/the-creative-act-by-rick-rubin/ Good Luck!!! @noca1119 whichever way you go, I wish you Grand Success!!!💫
Meh, none of these Extraits are even worth a look. Agneta somewhere between Starlight and Kilian's Intoxicated, saw a guy say that Guethary smells like a napkin at a gas station which is hilarious, La Geste d'Edmond (one of the 2024 ones) smells like Clive Christian E: Gourmande, and the other 2024 is a basic leather-saffron with some patchouli. Bore of a house, nothing to be gained from even trying them.
