You know what ? I tried this today and for the first time itself I was successful. With in minutes its over .. Now second half I did this again and it is simply superb. So simple receipe . I Loved it. Any good gravy for this ??

Add some raisins and some onions to elevate it to next level. it will bring much needed sweetness to pulao. its my personal twist to this awesome recipe. i have made it several times and my family loves it. thanks for this amazing recipe.
@@anonymous-im9pq added ghee and saute whole dry spices then added onion and cook on med flame for 4 to 8 min. if chopped fine, 4 mins and if chopped lengthwise, 8. i would suggest length wise. and raisins taste really good. u can saute them when onions done just for 30 sec.

I made this. It is so yummy I can't stop eating. I had to buy a few of the masalas. They are expensive. But worth it. For me, the rice had become soft. And it was burnt at the bottom. Next time, I will keep it for only 1 whistle. Thank you!

Excellent pulav by color and taste! One thing to mention, please never put whole cashew howsoever the assurance of quality. Split it, so you will clean any black spots inside for hygiene.
