When you graduate medical school you apply for residencies in the specialities you want and the universities or hospitals you want. Then you go through interviews and only one hospital or university choose you according to your qualifications. Then comes the moment of joy after receiving and opening your envelop to know where you're going. Still 3 years to go for my match day wish me luck.
