@@alienzenx That's not how Offside works. You pick up the ball in an offside position from the moment an attempt at goal is made from a rebound from the keeper or the posts or off of a block/goalline clearance from a defender then you're offside. Always has been, always will be. Bailey was unknowingly offside as the headed attempt on goal was made as displayed correctly by the 0:18 & 0:37 freezeframes. It's unlucky that Bailey wasn't able to have his head up quick enough for the extra step back after taking the corner, so as to be onside with the defender tracking back to make the goalline clearance. Especially since the offside realistically has zero impact on the play and it never would have been caught pre-VAR. It's just one of those extremely unfortunate technicalities.

@@MortChrist if the ball doesn't go to him, he is not offside. It doesn't matter if he is in an "offiside position". We have seen this literally hundreds of times, a player is in an offisde position but the ball is played to another player, who then passed to the said player who scores a goal. It is never, ever, ever offiside. Just a terrible decision.
