Match Play at Patriot Disc Golf Course 

Garden Grove in Pleasant Garden. Tough, but also fair woods close. Has a great mix of Par 3, 4, & 5's. It's only about 2 years old, but it has quickly become one of my top 3 courses.

As a recreational / non-competitive disc golfer, I'd tailor the selected Triad course to the skill level of the visitor: Horizons for novice, Sappenfield / Johnson Street for recreational who would enjoy more hole variety, and maybe Creekside for intermediate who would enjoy longer / more technical holes. Of course, I'd pass on both Johnson Street and Creekside after any decent amount of rain. The Patriot DGC at Triad Park is my home course, and I'd be happy to take anyone there. Most of the holes play too similar from the red tees to make the Patriot course worthwhile for a visitor. I'd avoid more challenging courses like Keeley or Yadkin, but would be more likely to play one of those in a cooler season (less critters, leaves on the trees). Rolling Pines is definitely the nicest course worth a short drive to, but Springwood Park outside of Burlington would be a close second. It plays similar to the Patriot in terms of length from the red tees, but with much more interesting hole variety. Springwood might not be as worthwhile on certain days of the week though ... the park is crowded when the baseball and soccer fields are in heavy use.

I’m from Charlotte, but my friends are in the triad area. I love Patriot DGC and Rolling Pines. Just played Rolling Pines for the first time last weekend. Maybe I’ll see you guys around!

I would take them to Jonson street or Plesany Garden. That 750+ par 5 is brutal

Depending on the level of play of your friend I would recommend Horizons Park and Black Widow in Germanton NC, and Armfield in Pilot Mountain, NC

Diavola in Cary or Rock Ridge in Pittsboro....

7:54 you gotta get yourself a Star Mako3. I know you're Discraft but the Mako3 is the straightest disc I've ever thrown.

I really like Diavolo in Cary, Deep Creek dreams in the Burlington ish area, Keely is sweet in the Greensboro area. Cedar Rock Park is cool too because they have an open course and a separate woods course. Anyways Sweet video.

I would take them to Garden Grove because it's really, really good and I built it (and it has less ticks and stays drier than Keeley). More in your neck of the woods, I'd go Creekside. Johnson St. a close 2nd. I hate Patriot.

If they were a first timer I would take them to horizons. Otherwise probably Patriot, or sunrise. If they’re up for a big course yadkinville
