INGREDIENTS
Matcha Cupcakes
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (113 gr)
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar (150 gr)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups cake flour (160 gr)
- 2 tbsp matcha powder (15 gr)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk (120 ml)
Whipped Matcha White Chocolate Ganache
- 1 cup chopped white chocolate (150 gr)
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream (360 ml), divided
- 1 tbsp matcha powder (7 gr)
- 2 tbsp hot water
- Fresh strawberries, halved, for garnish

- 3/4 cangkir gula pasir (150 gr)
- 2 telur
- 1/2 sdt ekstrak vanila
- 1 1/4 cangkir tepung protein rendah (160 gr)
- 2 sdm bubuk matcha (15 gr)
- 1 sdt baking powder
- 1/4 sdt garam
- 1/2 cangkir susu (120 ml)
Krim Matcha Cokelat Putih
- 1 cangkir cokelat putih potong kasar (150 gr)
- 1 1/2 cangkir heavy whipping cream (360 ml), dibagi
- 1 sdm bubuk matcha (7 gr)
- 2 sdm air panas
