Matcha Strawberry Cake :: 抹茶ストロベリーケーキ

I tried a cake with chocolate sprinkled on top.
I was worried about whether the cream would drip properly
from the top of the cake,but I think it will drip well
if you keep the cake coated with matcha cream well chilled.
(If you have time, try chilling for at least 3 hours.)
By adjusting the sweetness of the chocolate cream,
I think anyone can create a cake with the flavor they like.

- 2 Egg / 卵 2
- 70g Sugar / 砂糖 70g

【Matcha cream / 抹茶クリーム】
- 200g Fresh cream / 生クリーム 200g
- 10g Matcha powder / 抹茶パウダー 10g
- 10g Sugar / 砂糖 10g
【Cocoa cream / ココアクリーム】
- 200g Fresh cream / 生クリーム 100g
- 10g Cocoa powder / ココアパウダー 10g
- 5g Sugar / 砂糖 5g
