Just bought and tried the Matcha Kari. They actually sell a small sample pack for around $8.00 which I really appreciated! Honestly, super grateful for your videos because I've tried matcha in the past and really did not enjoy it, but my first experience making it at home using your education was a complete success thanks to you!
Thank you for giving your honest opinions again Remy! I trust your evaluations on matcha a lot because they're so expertise-driven whilst staying open minded to everyone's liking at the same time
I used to love Matcha Bar but now I have switched over Ippodo and I LOVE IT SM!! I can’t drink another kind of matcha now because the others taste horrible 😣 lol
I love Rishi :) it’s a great balance of flavor and price - I was so thankful to find a very good matcha at such an incredible price. I’m happy to hear you like it too 🥰
I like Thrive Market’s matcha with an organic unsweetened oat milk like elmhurst or minor figures, I just add a bit of simple syrup to sweeten things up. I def recommend to anyone getting it to do not skip the sifting and whisking with a chasen to avoid any clumps since it’s indeed kind of bitter.
I currently have some matcha stored in my freezer and I try to buy more only when I have a little remaining, but watching your channel always makes me want to try more! I’d love your opinion on Ujido Matcha and Ito En!
i’m curious to know what you’d think of Mizuba Matcha! they have different kinds of matcha with different flavor profiles. i’ll save up for matcha kari in the meantime!🤔 also, i can’t seem to find the link for your e-book specifically in your description…? it might just be me running on matcha rather than getting enough sleep though 😂
Love your matcha reviews and they are so helpful! To save some money, I recently started making them at home using Pique’s matcha sticks and while I love the quality, benefits, and flavor..it is quite expensive. I’m running low and I’m not sure if I want to spend another $60 on it. Do you think any of the matcha brands covered in this video or your Part 1 video would be a “dupe” for the more expensive matcha brands out there?
Have you ever had matcha from hibiki-an or O-cha? I've had them both in the past and they're delicious. They offer different cultivars, so they all have different flavor profiles- some grassy and astringent, some creamier and sweeter.
Can you review Alfred and Ito En? Alfred is one of my favs and Ito En was one I got at Costco a few years back and thought it worked really well for lattes and was SO affordable
@veggiekins whats your top 3 go to ceremonial matcha powders at the moment. I usually deink it by itself maybe a dash of milk once in a while. Thanks in advance
To be honest I looked at it previously but didn’t want to spend the money because I knew I wouldn’t like it 😅 the colour in their own website photos is pretty dull and the price gives it away too but maybe I’ll include it in an “eu/uk” brand episode!
Love the chamberlain coffee and rishi tea packaging so much but i would much rather support an asian owned business. Do you know any matcha brands that have cute packaging but is more authentic? 😅
Ok…no offense, i dont know how you got to know matcha, but this is barely a matcha latte, you cant even call this a matcha latte. Im possitive you only used 1-2 grams of matcha and way too much milk. I have never seen matcha so light colored. This is basically milk with a VERY VERY VERY small sprinkle of food coloring. If your gonna post vids and reviews about matcha at LEAST make proper matcha.
