Dane says brown sugar, and it looks like brown sugar in the video, but the ingredients list says demerara sugar. Will either work in this ganache? Excited to try this flavor combination!
Is it possible to do a volcano cake. My kid is obsessed with volcanos and i have no idea how to make a nice one 😅 probably with some marzipan instead of fondant.

My matcha wasn't as good as yours and ganache was more like pastel green, so I've decided to put it inside profiteroles 😅 But it was delicious, everyone enjoyed it. Thank you for the inspiration. ❤
These sound DELICIOUS. Would there be a way to tone down the green of the ganache to make it a bit more pale and not so mossy green?😅 Dark browns and deep greens never hold much appeal to me in frosting. Should I reduce the amount of matcha or maybe double the cream+chocolate components? Would a touch of red food dye cancel some of it?
I love watching all of your videos and your recipes, I also have what I think is an amazing new flavour of cookie idea. My idea is a strawberry and salted caramel cookie, I've never tried those two flavours together, but I think they would taste amazing!
I have made those twice already and they turned out amazing. Once with raspberry goo and second with store bought strawberry jam and fresh strawberry on top. Everyone was blown away by its taste and it looked so nice and springy!! ❤😍 I absolutely loved the small white chocolate decorations. I ate them just by itself! 🤩 will make those cupcakes again FOR SURE.

Hi Dane and Jemma! Just wanted to let you know that I have made this recipe, it is literally the best cupcakes ever! The ganache was not too sweet and its just soo balance flavour with the cupcakes and the goo. However, my whipped ganache has lots of air bubbles so when i try to pipe them it has lots of air bubble and not smooth piping like yours. Can you please let me know how to fix this the next time i make them again? Hope to hear your replies, thank you so much!!
only problem : they don't sell matcha around here 😢 do you have a conversion for the gelatine ? can also only get my hands on sheets rather than powder. Looked online but shipping costs are huge compared to the price of my order 🫠
