That is really nice! I like the cargo in the bed and the new windscreen really adds a nice touch to the model. Thanks for sharing this. And the music is great too!
Top job Danny, looks like a legit old farm truck! I really enjoy this style of build much more than I thought I would initially, looking forward to your next project.
An old tired truck hauling old tired things. Nice. The only thing I think I would have done different is cut a piece of wood and glued it to the back window area to make it look like it had been broken out and then replaced with plywood.
Turn out on some my friend, I have just started using the nuln oil and it is awesome. You did a great job with the rust, the barrels, the bags of concrete, and the lumber. It all fits together perfectly like a puzzle. I've never seen that liquid mask way done before, I tried the table salt and brushed It Off. One awesome Farmtruck there my friend I like it.
I just woke up at the right time! But now I am going to be late for work 😆😆😆 Danny I will tell my boss it's your fault. You won't mind as my boss is Australian 😆😆😆
seeing a fairlead (rollers for a winch) with out a cable an hook looks odd to me. those two things would put it over the top. love it as is, but theres more that could have been done .
Of course, if they say it is a Ford Courier, they have to pay Ford a lot of money for the copywright and trademarks.. that is why soo many toy cars become nameless nowadays.
The wheels are like 20 inch rims. And their too fancy for the truck.other than that... Great job. I really like your technique on the rust. Over all it looks awesome!
Love the finish, ironically it looked in worse condition than the rust bucket you customised it as. And it also answers the question of whatever happened to the truck from The Fall Guy.
Something to consider. On a real vehicle, rust usually starts on the edges of body panels or from a spot such as a rock chip. Rust also streaks (down when sitting still and back when driving). Your rust seems to just happen. Perhaps if you have a chance look as photos of real vehicles and note where they are rusted. Nice job overall though.
Awesome Danny, finally putting in those panel lines as well she looks great, now if you could take some lessons from Sharon Tarshish ( A fellow RU-vidr ) on how to build working suspensions man! This is a beautiful Job nonetheless 👍🏿😺
I think I have mentioned this before, those wheels are too good to go with the rest of vehicle. The original wheels would have been better. Other than that I love it.
