In this video I restore this iconic VW Caravette Transporter camper van by Matchbox Lesney,
I almost matched the original color. The new glass and doors are good after some work done to them .

looks great! ^^ love the dove blue! but those doors, oh my. a test to anyone's patience. they must have had special clamps and devices at the factory for every model...

Nice job! You should fix the spare body's a - pillar and customise it. Plenty of wheel choices from the current Matchbox lineup.

Adheisive tape is really handy for getting doors on

Very nice restoration and casting. This model brings some faint memories from my very early childhood. I remember I had similar VW Van with twin doors like this, but not sure if it was Matchbox or something else. I think it was blue.
