hi, how do i reset the synchronization between transmitter and receiver?

Should the lights flash when in pairing mode? Mine only flash for a short tall on volume, not a long hold. And I'm unable to pair the transmitter. Either there's an annoying lack of feedback during pairing or my transmitter is broken.

my doorbell interfenece with neighbors. so my chime bell itself. how to fix it? thanks before for sharing this
