@Ruco, its not the book of Judith that talks of the fish heart and gull, its the book of tobit. Abd what removes the bad spirits is burning of the fish liver and heart in the presence of the victim and as the smoke goes to the victim, the evil spirits go. And the fish gull or nyongo as you call it is used to treat the whiteness of eyes in a human according to that book of tobit.
We still need the ten commandments. God gave them to us because they are everybodys back bone whether they are saved or not. It is dangerous to live without them.

Jesus came to seek and to save that which was lost Luke 19:10. Ask Jesus to save you so that you will not go to hell when you die Romans 9:9-10. Let heaven be your final destination not hell.
