Great Video! Best one I've seen! No lying, no BS, no guaranteeing ways to win with ridiculous patterns, no marketing books or videos, etc. Just the honest truth
Could you please break down for me the math of betting on the black and at the same time the first column (the one with most red numbers). Thanks in advance!
Hi mate, i'm trying to find the expected values for a roulette wheel in this game i'm making a video about but i'm not 100% sure if my math is correct. Could I possibly contact you for help with this?
Great video. Everything is true and accurate, and it should be added why Martingale never pays off over time: The casinos protect themselves against Martingale by having table limits. That is really the only reason for table limits, considering that the casinos love for you to bet as big as you want to. At most tables, even someone with an unlimited bankroll and using Martingale would have to stop doubling their bet after only about 8 losses. The first string of 8 losses in a row, and the Martingale jig is up. The only way to win at roulette is to actually be able to predict ahead of time where the ball will land, with a degree of accuracy better than 5.26%. If you could predict a half side of the wheel, or even a section of up to 34 slots (leaving out only a 4-number section), a player could win, but the 34-area section would have to be 100% accurate to win in the long run.
in european roulette the house edge is 2.70 on ALL bets..btw my fav game is call bets..specifically 1,9,6 and 2 with their two neighbours. because you cover all the orphans, 4 numbers from the small series (33,16,27,13) and 6 numbers from the big series (25,2,21,4,22,18).. ...with this you cover 18 numbers which is roughly half of the wheel...16 numbers bring you 75 euros ( if you start with 100 eur) and the numbers 14 and 17 bring you 350 eur....i know its a long shot but what the hell...its fun as long as you play with money you CAN afford to lose :)
This is the 1st RU-vid commit I've ever left....The passion you have for this in addition to the knowledge you drop, hats off to you man, thank you, my life is better having had watched this....Hey....Cyber High 5, here's to you bro!! {[(Side note)]} With your book smarts & my street smarts combined with our casino experience per say & the passion, scorpio bro? IDk I think the girls might be right, anyway...Squirrel....I encourage you to take intrest in what I have to offer. IDK how else to say this but take a chance, I'm not some random idiot, I have the capital, it's already up and running, I'm a solo outfit, all u would do is expand the margins and take a percentage....I really hope I here from you...Carry out good sir & again, thank you!!
The odds are against you and the odds dont change. You turn bets in your favor by betting on probabilities and fluctuations in amount bet. Bet low until its probable you can win and then increase your bet. You can also hedge your bet by placing a second small bet on the green to turn those into a win. This is what makes it fun. It's a challenge and you use strategy to win. It's like a game of chess.
This is a pretty good video. However there are smarter ways to gamble on the roulette table. The bets you described are commonly used by new players. I do use a variation of the Martingale system and it works well. I double down (sometimes triple down) on every loss with $1-5 and when it happens. I always add a bet to the green zero and include any losses there within my red/black bet. I should also mention the Non-American version only has one zero and it pays 35/1. With that said, once my bets are getting high I also place $5 or $10 on zero green leaving me with a 50% chance to win red/black or 1% chance to hit green. The real killer is the table max bet. That's the weakness of the Martingale. But, do a video on the odds of losing 10 times in a row...please because it's very rare. Seven losses is rare and at seven losses doubling down from $1 is only a $64 bet with a total loss of about $130. There are times when I do lose that many times but seriously I win way more and at the end of the day I always hit on the green once or twice besides winning half my bets. I actually use this with $1 online and I haven't lost big yet. I've only won when I am done for the day but as you pointed out you're not winning very much very fast. I still make close to $100 dollars when I do play using roughly a hour or two of my time. Just make sure you;re using a trust worthy site. You can google them because there are plenty of people using them and judging them.
i won $500 betting on #26 and around the zero... i seen the wheel was basis so i jumped on it while it landed on around the zero 3-4 times in a row... then my bets went down when it jumped to the opposite side of the wheel... i noticed alot of high numbers were coming 4-5 times in a row so i also jumped on betting in the 3rd 12's, placing 5-10 on each number in the 3rd 12's and 2-3 chips in the %38 1st 12's... the 2nd 12's were cold and were at a low %16... while the 3rd 12's was like %48.....
It depends on your bet. You just have to take the inverse of the probability of winning and substract 1. For example if you are always betting for columns and you are playing with the double zeros roulette then the probability of winning this bet is 12/38. The inverse is 38/12 ~= 3.17 and substract 1 ---> 2.17. This is, you would have to double your bets 2.17 times in average (you would have to double it 2 times more often than 3). Explanation: Let X be the random variable "times you play before you win". Then X has a geometric distribution with parameter p (the probability of winning a bet). If you are always betting the same kind of bet (for example, you are always betting columns) the probability of having to play k times before you win is P(X=k) = p*(1-p)^(k-1). The expected value of any geometric distribution is 1/p so in average you would have to play 1/p times, which is equivalent to doubling the bet 1/p - 1 bets. Note: This doesn't apply if you change your type of bet, for example, from columns to row. However if you are betting columns, you could change the number of column and this will still hold, because the probability of winning is the same for all 3.
If you play virtual roulette, only high/low or red/black and martingale often gets a lot. It's ultimately less than 50% odds, but for gambling it's not bad.
Since you are essentially paying for variance, the best bet by far is betting on a single number. The rake is the same as a red or black bet, but you get more variance for free.
Excellent Video clip! Apologies for butting in, I would love your initial thoughts. Have you ever tried - Mahorrla Earning Gamble Method (erm, check it on google should be there)? It is a great exclusive guide for making money with a proven roulette system without the normal expense. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my work colleague finally got cool results with it.
Excellent video content! Excuse me for the intrusion, I would appreciate your initial thoughts. Have you heard about - Mahorrla Earning Gamble Method (probably on Google)? It is a smashing one off product for making money with a proven roulette system without the normal expense. Ive heard some great things about it and my friend after many years got excellent success with it.
excellent video! i was crunching some numbers on roulette myself and found it's a loser, there's no way around it. i was trying to see if it was better to play 10, 11, 12, 13 or 14 numbers, $1 on each, because the probability changes and i thought there might be a sweet spot. i mean you're buying probability, but idk, seems like the ideal prob/cost comes in at 3.9 for 11 numbers (28%/11). 10, 12&13 came in at 3.8 and 14 dropped off at 3.7. idk why it spikes like that, check my math. the main decision here is should i do that or play a dozen or column at 2:1? it's a close call. since the probability is 12/38, i for the same 10-14 chip range, the cost is 3.1 and the probability gets cheaper from there. i used to play 2 columns at 24/38, and put a chip to cover 0&00, but if you're cold, the chip chews on the p/l big time. but generally if you sit down at a table and play $5 on each column you can play for 1-2-1/2 hours before you walk if you start with $100. All that said, nobody ever beats the casino long term. EVERY game has a mid-term and even short-term negative expectation.
Best bet to win at Roulette is start with as large a bankroll as possible and play a few rounds of Martingale, then walk away with your winnings and never come back.
So this is my question; I have come up with a strategy where I can actually win positive net 24/38 times on a $150 bet (due to 21 different ways to hit). This strategy actually “wins” 33/38 times, but doesn’t net money 9/33. I used your formula, and sure enough, the -5.3 cents shows up. What I don’t understand is that I have more of a probability to win net money. In fact, only 5/38 do I actually lose all 150. Why is this? Is this due to the payouts? Looking through my notes, I only have 1/38 chance of netting $150 ($300 total winning). The next best payout is $141, with a 2/38 odds. As you can never win every bet in roulette, my approach was to limit the losses and maximize how many times I won. Mathematically it appears like there is no way to come on top?
Well you must vary the amount of units that you bet, otherwise the odds are against you and take away your money over time. If you have enough money to go for rows or even go for singles and always be able to double the amount of your units in play, you should actually win more than you lose in total.
problem with math is it does not address patterns and patterns are much better indicators that an outcome is likely or not likely than merely working out the house edge!
Best way I've looked at losing that 5.3 cents is the same way as a business pays taxes. Just because they have to give a cut to the house doesn't mean the business won't be successful. The house odds on European is 2.7% but I've never met a gambler that has lost only 2.7% of their bankroll.
maybe start with 2 dollars the martinga stragegy. but I would like to see more stragegy in more change to win: 50% and 60% and 70% and 80% I am working on that. you cannot place money on every number then you will not win, but you donot have to put on every number your money.
Play on one to one odds. Place the minimum bet. When loose, double it plus your initial bet. Loose. Double it plus your initial bet. Martingale + initial bet. Do the math. You win on every single spin the minimum bet regardless of what comes out, unless 0 screws it. 1.10 - 2.30 - 3.70 - 4.150 - 5.310 5 spins. Spent 570. 5th spin pays you 310 plus your 310 back 620 minus 570 equals 50 in 5 spins. Beware of the table limits. Martingale is a waste of time for nothing. Martingale + your initial bet wins. Good luck.
u know whats really messed up, when i play online roulette with real money at a online casino and i do the double down thing at the end of the video u get into some serious money like u said. even if u start from $2 or $5. Also the crazy thing is that colours/oddeven/highlow they run sometimes ive had up to 13 times. even at $2 hands that equates to 32,768 at 13 times doubling down just to be up $2 with all that debit. u win some u lose some.
What happens if I use an increased bet? for example: I'll bet 9 units the neighbors of 0 ( 17 numbers out of 37, european roulette, one 0) 14 numbers pays 8/1 3 numbers pays 11/1 ( 0, 2, 3) if I lose, I bet the next spin 18 units. Let's say I use the Fibonacci Sequence (1, 2, 3, 5, 8...) if I hit the first 3 spins I always return to first (9 units). If I hit after 3-th spin, I get back 2 bets and go from there! Probability to hit a number is 17/37=46% average My question is: EV is positive or negativ in long-term?
Isn't there something off on your calculation for a corner bet? You show 4/38 but there are only 36 numbers involved in corners, and there are only 22 corners to bet.
Of course the house has the advantage but it is not the point. That is why they are in business. But it doesnt mean you cannot escape the disadvantage. I try my strategies and i am always in profit however small.
Cheers for the Video clip! Sorry for butting in, I would appreciate your initial thoughts. Have you considered - Mahorrla Earning Gamble Method (do a google search)? It is a great exclusive product for making money with a proven roulette system without the normal expense. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my cousin finally got astronomical results with it.
The james bond was developed for a wheel with one zero, not two. also, you seem to be missing that you keep your winning bet. For example, you hit the second 18 and win 140 and lose the 60, you now have 280. Your bet plus the winnings. Your numbers are right as for probability but you seem to be doing the math for 35 for 1, not to 1. But I do agree with you, all games are losing bets in the casinos.
Really nice video. Thanks a lot ! Love the math behind it. / Even though I know there's still money to be made with roulette. The goal* is not to "beat the wheel", but to make a bit of profit and be satisfied with it. Also,... the 5.3% is basically the edge of the casino (for American Roulette). It's funnier to play on a French roulette (with only 1.35% edge). Again, thank you for that math course. It was exquisite !
That's it. You either lose a little money ( your initial budget for playing ) or double or triple it then quit the table without falling to the long run losing thing. That's my strategy but sadly gamblers think they will keep doubling their profits endlessly !!!!
right that would work, highest holding record in history 62 blacks or reds in a row , bankrolled enough to reach 620 times for safety that would never happen not even in a trillion years in a honest roulette game.
I wanna come out with a casino game. I love for u to show me how to run a million hand on the game so I can have the numbers right. So plz get back with me. Even if u say no that's cool.
I've been studying roulette for 8 years and it took the entire amount of time to notice a glitch in every roulette wheel and if you figure out how to take advantage of it you can make at least 500 an hour starting with a 15 min which I do. So the game is not unbeatable just very complex to beat. I've watched every video on youtube about roulette and no one is close.
True, whenever I go to the casino by me I never see anyone use any type of strategy they just pick their fav numbers and hope to win. But if say 1 person by every casino knew my strategy they could if they wanted to over time take millions ever year and the casino can't legally stop them. Right now I could make a few 100k a year but I don't want the casino on my case so I make a little at a time just under the amount of them noticing.
Sorry the glitch it something I haven't told anyone for 2 reasons. 1 the would have to get rid of roulette of go bankrupt and second I need the roulette to stick around because I have to pay off some bills in about 20 years ill write a book saying exactly how to win but was for now I can't and don't have the time. Every day I still try to improve upon my system which means 12 hrs of research when I'm nota at the casino and 10 hours when I'm there. my time is very limited.
this is wrong, the maths is right but it will not happen this way, example every number has an equal chance of coming out, so 1 number can come a lot in a row because all numbers have equal chance, but you don't see a lot of doubles in a row in every 37 spins and you always get 13 numbers NOT coming out, "maths with a pencil and playing for Roulette for real" are 2 totally different things
You don't need as much money for martingale if you bet red or black. A lightly biased coin toss probability. You are much more likely to win unless the wheel is biased in some way. And they all are. They are a physical system bound by the laws of physics.
Strategy doesn’t work even still, casinos have already put limits in place. So you have a minimum and maximum bet. So if you lost enough times in a row your progressive system wouldn’t work.
I option visit casino the strategy you gave us it’s ok but when you put your money as large stake option you lose because they always give you less money where is small stake I option put the big money and come with small money , However, if they get any chance like you put 5 number in area just one number no money garenty they will hit where is no money they are much worse than bookies rollete mechan ... It’s one person only win casino and book maker no one else in the world.
