This has to be one unforgettable concert in Matisyahu's career and it goes to show his immense talent and integrity to stand up for his values. About this concert: - DBS and the festival organisation are the big losers. I have my own opinion based on eye witness accounts of the situation in Palestine, but judaism and music (especially reggae) have nothing to do with it. I have never heard Matisyahu endorsing the State of Israel and he seems to be critical towards the military occupation in Palestine. Shame on DBS for attacking someone because of his religious values, and shame on the festival organisation for giving them some credit. - Matisyahu's voice is a bit off, but he seems to regain his composure later on. This has probably to do with the backlashes and personal attacks that he faced before and during the concert. - Has anyone noticed that Matisyahu is wearing a t-shirt with a Sefirot drawing? Respect to this man who definitely belongs to God and has a consuming fire to draw his fans to the love of God.
