MATRYX 7S Display - How-To Update Software and Maps!! 

Hey guys, so you are able to upload the new maps available for Ontario. I read that there were some unresolved issues between Polaris and OFSC about downloading their network of trails.

At 2:22 you skipped the part where you have gotten the Polaris Control Panel up, pressed All Settings, Pressed General, BUT now you have to scroll up to see the line for "Maps and Trails". At this time, Jan. 14, 2021 the Software and Base Map are still the original version, nothing newer yet, but the Trails information is freshened every day.

my23 vr1 boost never came w the wifi chip but normally wouldnt this update automatically as long as you have a wifi in your garage

Now I live up in Nunavut and we don't have riding trails and when you go one the 7s website there are no maps for northern part of Canada. Can I update map with a map for Garmin GPS? I don't care for trail maps, I just want a detailed map for hunting trips.

Thanks for this! When I plugged in the USB drive with the maps update into the USB port on the display the USB drive didn't even light up and wasn't recognized. I tried a few of them and all of them were formatted to FAT32 and had nothing else on them. It's almost like the USB port on the display was disabled or something. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Do I need to be logged into my ride command account in order to update?
